Goals to Greatness was built on one powerful truth:
When you show up fully as yourself and create space for others to do the same, connection turns into opportunity.
Our story began with a single connection.
We met through a Facebook group when one of us had just relocated to Charlotte, searching for community and a fresh start. What started as a simple lunch downtown quickly became a meaningful friendship rooted in alignment, ambition, and mutual support.
Over time, that connection grew into collaboration. We expanded our vision through experiences like Mecklenburg County’s Business Launchpad and the Bank of America Cornell Women’s Entrepreneurship Program gaining the tools, strategy, and clarity to build something bigger than ourselves.
Nearly eight years later, that one connection became Goals to Greatness.
Today, we bring together corporate professionals, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders through curated experiences, intentional networking, and growth-driven community. This is a space where relationships are built with purpose and where your next opportunity is often one conversation away.
